One more year, we are participating in Technovation Girls and one more year we have made it!
For several months now, 14 NTT DATA teams have been competing in one of the world's largest technology and sustainability competitions. Formed by girls who want to help build a better world through technology and mentored by volunteer professionals from the company who are aware of the need to eliminate the digital and gender gaps; again this year, we have original projects that aim to solve social and environmental problems in our environment.
This new edition of Technovation has had the participation of more than 2,100 teams from 60 countries, of which only 10% made it to the semi-finals.
However, such is the quality of the projects presented by the NTT DATA teams that two Italian and two Spanish teams have managed to reach the semi-finals.
Four representative samples of the effort that the teams have made throughout this edition. A new competition that would not have been possible without the determination of the girls, the support of mentors, the help of mothers and fathers and even the collaboration of the judges.
On 30 June we will know which teams will go on to the world final, which this year returns to the USA, San Francisco.
