On 06/09/06 a new launch of the HABCAT program took place.
It was performed by the Virolai and Sagrada Familia de Gavá schools, both from the metropolitan area of Barcelona.
The launch was performed from Barbastro, in Aragón and the balloon ended up falling south of Fraga. The balloon reached an altitude of 29500 meters and recovered a lot of graphic material and sensor data.
It was a great day for all the centers that participated in the event!
